Refunds
Due to the nature of our customized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Before production, we send drafts of the design and layouts for clients’ approval. We also send photos of finished products before final payment and delivery.

Damages and issues
After you receive your order, please check it and take a video. If you find any problems like defects, damage, or getting the wrong item, contact us right away at eveandalice.ph@gmail.com.
Make sure to include your order number in the subject line and send a photo as proof. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to fix the issue.
