Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our customized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Before production, we send drafts of the design and layouts for clients’ approval. We also send photos of finished products before final payment and delivery.

How long does it take before my orders get shipped out?
All orders will be dispatched within 3 weeks from the day you ordered. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and which shipping option you selected.
If you need the gift for an earlier date, don't hesitate to get in touch with a team member before placing your order.

I would like to order a custom/curated gift not listed on your website. How do I proceed with that?

Do you offer more colors for customization other than what you list?

Most of our items have a minimum order requirement. These can vary per item. That information is located on each product page.

Can I use other messages/notes besides the options on the product page? Is it also possible to indicate each name of the gift recipient per gift tag?
Yes, this is allowed, but layout fee applies.

Shipping
​
Do you offer free pick-up?
Yes. We offer curbside pick-up at 42 Mapang-akit St., Brgy. Pinyahan, Quezon City. Pick up date and time will be set with you by one of our team members.

Do you offer local deliveries?
Yes. For Metro Manila and neighboring provinces like parts of Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan, delivery is on the same day as the dispatch date.* For deliveries to provincial locations, please allow 2-8 days of delivery after the dispatch date.*

*Lalamove for Same-day Deliveries. LBC for Provincial deliveries.

How much is the delivery/shipping fee?
For Lalamove courier, we follow the rates from the app. The delivery fee is directly payable to the rider.
For LBC courier, the shipping fee varies depending on the package's delivery address, weight, and dimension. The average shipping fee rate is Php44 per kilo for Luzon and Php50 per kilo for Visayas and Mindanao. Shipping fee is payable to us.

Payment

What are your payment terms?
50% downpayment is required to confirm order. The remaining 50% will be settled once photos of finished products are sent to the client.

What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept bank deposits/wire transfers via BDO, BPI, and Security Bank. We also accept Gcash payments.
